Senior HR BP training course

This certificate was issued to a participant in the Senior HR course. The Senior HR course is based on 49 Uzbek cases, from 3 HRD. The course's main topics are C&B, working with HR strategy and the economic effect of HR. This course is the first to use the flipped classroom teaching method, where all theory is taught online and practice is done offline. During the training, the course participant completed 10 hours of theory and 16 hours of practice.
